Position Summary:

The Technical Support & Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the General Manager as well as any other tasks as assigned. Primary duties will include providing analytical and technical support in the delivery of IT programs. Secondary duties will also include providing administrative support. This position reports to the General Manager.

Essential Job Functions – Technical Support:

• Assists with software systems used by HR&P and clients;
• Troubleshooting and training with HR&P software systems (Apex, HRPWeb, HRPpro);
• Troubleshooting and training with Sundial time clock system including billing;
• Create data reports for clients as requested;
• Develop training material for current and new software platforms and assist with implementation of new procedures;
• Assists with the management of company phone system and all office equipment;
• Assist on researching technology additions/upgrades to enhance HR&P's capabilities.

Essential Job Functions – Administrative Assistant:

• Assist with miscellaneous departmental processes and projects;
• Compose and distribute letters, emails, memoranda, and other correspondence;
• Maintain schedule/calendar and email for Executive team member;
• Provide customer service, both in-person and by telephone; screen and direct telephone calls; take and relay messages;
• The strictest confidentiality is maintained in all areas, discussing any issue only with the appropriate individual with prior approval;
• Provides secondary support to the reception desk (to include answering phones, greeting guests, distributing mail, and other duties as needed);
• Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries (USPS, UPS, FedEX, Courier);
• Ordering and maintaining office equipment and supplies;
• Work/communicate with other departments to keep the client satisfied.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSA's):

• 2+ years' experience in either a technical support role and/or an administrative capacity preferred;
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred;
• Bilingual (English – Spanish) preferred;
• Exhibit strong computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office products with a focus in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Fantastic attitude demonstrating confidence and having a positive approach;
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented;
• Works well under pressure, good multi-tasker, problem-solver and ability to prioritize;
• Possess excellent communication skills and be customer-service oriented;
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Dependability and Reliability;
• Valid driver's license.
